Condizionatore che fa un gran rumore e puzza, sporco, poltrona inguardabile, non ho trovato cose positive.... Quando si offrono hotel sarebbe meglio controllare le strutture

Osceno! Da evitare assolutamente!
In un mese negli U.S.A. questa è stata la struttura più cara di tutte ma la peggiore di tutte. Al check-in ci accoglie una ragazza scalza, ci comunica che il wifi è disponibile solo nei pressi della piscina (piccolissima) nonostante l'inserzione parlasse di wifi disponibile in camera. La camera era molto grande ma con l'arredo che cadeva a pezzi, inoltre era piena di insetti, soprattutto in bagno. La colazione era qualcosa di spaventosamente osceno. Uno stanzino di 2x3 metri con delle schifezze preconfezionate. Nonostante la colazione fosse disponibile (a detta loro) dalle 7, non c'era ancora il caffè alle 7:30. La cosa peggiore è stata quando è venuta la ragazza del check-in, sempre scalza, ed ha messo a riscaldare nel microonde i suoi calzini!!! Che SCHIFO!!! Siamo scappati.

Motel di passaggio
Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone con due figli grandi. All'arrivo all'hotel, il personale della reception si è mostrato scortese e assolutamente non collaborativo. Al mattino non c'era nessuno in reception, per cui abbiamo lasciato le chiavi in una cassetta. La camera era molto ampia, sostanzialmente pulita, ma poco accogliente. La colazione era disponibile in un angusto locale vicino alla piscina (no comment, non avendola utilizzata). Fortuna vuole che quando siamo arrivati non c'erano altri ospiti, altrimenti avremmo fatto fatica a entrare. In effetti quando sono arrivate altre persone siamo andati via. Il cibo era scarso: una merendina e un succo o poco più (difficile definirla continental breakfast, anche se la scritta campeggiava a lettere cubitali sull'insegna)

Do not recommend.
Awful. The AC is too small for the room and it never cooled down at night enough for a comfortable sleep. The ac was so inadequate after we took showers the entire room heated up like a steam room even when we opened the bathroom window. The fridge didn’t work properly, even though it was set on 3 it froze all our food. The pool was not open. The room was dark, dirty, and the bathroom was gross and moldy. I have pretty low standard when it comes to motels and this place really stunk. Absolutely not worth the money.

The location was perfect! We could walk or drive to get food or site see. We went fishing while in Bishop and the hotel had a cleaning facility and freezer available which was wonderful! Outside our bathroom window were horses, so that was a beauty site in the morning. Overall, wonderful stay for the price. Will definitely be back.

Overall a good experience - clean room, friendly staff, quiet area (although this was the middle of the week). The air conditioner was missing a few pieces that meant all the cold air just hung out near the ground; it also didn't have the capability to turn itself on/off in response to changing temperature, which required some manual control.

Easy to find, no problems with parking, quick and easy checking, and a spacious room. There were some noisy guests there late at night. The bed sheets and towels did not look clean. Either not washed and had unwashable stains. Should be replaced with new ones.

The room was clean. Homeless people roaming around property. Then heater broke at midnight with it 25 degrees outside. I froze rest of the night. Way overpriced for this property. I will NEVER stay there again.

WE HAVE A SMOKE FREE MOTEL WITH 1 DESIGNATED SMOKEING AREA SIR. HOW DO YOU KNOW THESE WERE NOT MY GUEST THAT WERE SIMPLY GOING TO THIS AREA TO SMOKE.

It was okay, nothing special. The grandpa at the front desk was kind of a grouchball. The mini-fridge froze everything. The TV was tiny and the remote worked intermittently. The shower was like being under a garden hose--it couldn't be adjusted. I stayed three nights and no one straightened my room, emptied the trash, etc. I didn't care much. It was clean, quiet, and relatively cheap, and that was what I was after.

We had a great experience especially after booking online and not knowing that we had to specify or call the Motel and let them know that we needed downstairs due limitations of disabilities. So when we arrived the office Management worked feverishly to accommodate us immediately although they were sold out. And we greatly appreciate them for going the extra step to help us and being very pleasant about it! We suggest others also stay there too as they're very helpful, pleasant and local to everything.

Best Value for Money for Bishop Stays
Nice easy check in process. Mr. Shah checked me in and had my paperwork ready. I've stayed here several times in the past. The place is really great value for money compared to other Bishop places. It was quiet, had a small fridge, good heater/AC and free spacious parking. No frills but cozy. It's a 10 minute walk to the 395 if you want to walk and eat in that area.

Sorry you don't have coffee, currently due to covid we don't serve coffee. we started in April and customer complain how you know people comes to take coffee don't have Covid, so for safety reason we don't provide coffee.

I was the only guest. But I think this motel takes in homeless. The manager had my room next to homeless and their huge dog kept barking! The smell in the room was very musty. The room was not Covid ready. I desinfected the room. There were huge spi-der webs outside the bathroom window. I paid too much!

Comfort and Quiet
Mountain View Motel was a nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and informative. I will definitely stay here again.

Dreary looking. Smudges on wallls and surfaces. Looked abandoned. But it was quiet, as hardly any other people were there.

The WiFi was not working (and the owner knows it), the pool is closed. Cigarette butts all over the parking lot and outside the room. The bathroom window had no mosquito screen, and only opened after i removed a wood block. The corner with the fridge was so dark, I used a flashlight. This should not be listed on Expedia!

property is in need of many upgrades; plaster on walls cracking. No wifi....I could see it as did the manager, but it would not upload. manager said this is a big problem with many people/ floods/tile need to be cleaned better. my feet were black just walking around the room. TV had many channels-thanks. This COULD BE a very nice property if the owner would put just a little care and upgrades. (Do you want to sell it?)

Would not recommend
Room 119 had a used hand towel in the bathtub when we arrived. Bathtub, windowsill, and other areas did not look to have been cleaned. The towels looked to have been very good quality at one point. Solid and thick. But threading was pulled out and they looked well used. There was black and yellow marks on the ceiling in the bathroom. Looked to be like mold. There was no ventilation in thr bathroom, so mold makes sense. There was also what looked like a single rodent dropping on the bathroom floor. Faint smell of urine in the room. I did like that the bathroom and bedroom were separate. The man who checked us in was very pleasant.

Rundown room and bathroom. Stains on all chairs. Scratches in doors. Stairs unsafe most likely out of code. No lightbulbs in certain lights. No screen in second story bathroom window.

We want our money back. How do we get it? It was dirty and after one look at the room, we told them we couldnt stay there because it was too dirty, and we left. We demand a refund. Help please.

If there’s nowhere else to stay in Bishop, this place will suffice. But there are much better places in town. I’ve stayed here twice and probably won’t stay again. Management is friendly enough and the price is reasonable; but the accommodations aren’t particularly clean, and one gets the feeling they haven’t taken proper precautions during the pandemic (although maybe I got this impression because of the person coughing nonstop with their door wide open a few rooms down from ours).
