When I arrived an hour past check in my room wasn’t ready, and when I had asked for another room that was ready after 12 hour drive from up North, I was greeted with no apologies or reason why my room wasn’t ready and gave me a hard time to get another room, eventually after what seemed multiple minutes over the gentleman finally moved me into a room that was ready. I called ahead of check-in to assure my room was ready upon arrival given my lengthy travel, I was assured it would be by 4pm, in all I was able to get rest, the room they had me in was no where near or close to the room I reserved nor was I given an apology or acknowledgment on their lack of being ready on time. I slept okay, the room was clean, bed was so so. It was great location for being in my area of travel, staff could have been more friendly and helpful.
