“2rd stay at this hotel. Refused upgrade said not available. Had to argue for a 1 1/2 hour late checkout we did get a one hour late( why not give the extra 1/2 hour we asked for. No free parking mentioned. We never ate at this hotel
too expensive. The bar is small and difficult to
find a seat except spillover in hall. Bar staff were
very nice but to busy to talk and drinks were
crazy expensive. The bathroom sink only produced scalding hot water or cold.😡
For a five star we expected better...

“The real problem is that the spa is not working and that’s the reason why I stayed in the hotel. I should have been notified same way I got a message about how busy is the restaurant and that needs to be booked beforehand.
