“Gérant immobilier disponible, à l'écoute, agréable et accommodant. Logement propre, proche station de métro situé à moins d'1h de transport de toutes les activités touristiques de Londres. Très bon séjour familial.”

“We never got the opportunity to stay in this home…the host cancelled our booking at 17:30 on the day we were due to move in. No communication, we had to chase him for a few hours. Finally at 5pm he rang to say he was on his way to meet us and then half hour later he called to say that he was cancelling our booking due to a water leak… but we didn’t believe what he was telling us. We then had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of the week. Terrible experience from start to finish!”

“Very helpful host. House worked really well for 4 adults in Cambridge for a conference. It’s a good walk to the University but we enjoyed the walk. ”

“Excellent accommodation, spacious, cosy and homely. Conveniently situated for walking into town . Onsite Parking a great bonus. Nicely furnished and warm. No hesitation in booking again. ”

“The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over.”

“We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

"Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte"

"Hotel perfetto: in un minuto sei in stazione, con 3-4 bus diversi (che partono da davanti l’hotel) in neanche 10 minuti sei in centro a Cambridge. Sono arrivato alle 9 di mattina, facendomi registrare al loro portale, mi hanno concesso il check in anticipato gratuito. Camera che affacciava sulla stazione ma non si sentiva una mosca. Pulita, spaziosa e letto ultra comodo. Personale sempre pronto. La migliore esperienza avuta con Ibis "
