“Stanza molto pulita e comoda. Colazione eccellente e con molte scelte. Cito in particolare lo staff della sala colazione e la responsabile che con efficienza teneva tutto pulito ed ordinato senza essere invadente. Complimenti! ”

“I arrived very late...flight from Bergerac was delayed over 2 hours. Reception was understanding and my bag was carried up to the first floor. Room was very comfortable and quiet. I left early and again had help with my bag. Difficult to locate in the nighttime, but a good overnight stay.”

“Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte”

“Dovevamo arrivare alle 23 per cui abbiamo scelto di dormire vicino all’aereoporto per arrivare a Londra in mattinata riposati. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina per mega ritardo del volo… scambiando messaggi con l’albergo abbiamo avuto istruzioni precise per accedere comunque alla nostra camera… abbiamo trovato il divano letto da aprire e rifare, e alle 4 di mattina è stato spiacevole! Per il resto niente male. Buona location. All’aereoporto di Stansted per avere un taxi c’era da aspettare 2 ore...

“I stayed here one night before an early flight from stanstead. The hotel is conveniently located about 5 min drive to the airport. The chap at front desk was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were both clean as was the shower. The room had tea making facilities and a hair dryer. The bed was not so good very bumpy, you could feel the springs, and parking is not free as stated I was charged £6. 50. Overall ok for a one night stay. ”

“There was nobody at the location. We knocked on the door and waited for 5 minutes in minus temperatures. We had to book alternative accommodation. I wrote to the owners but have heard nothinh. I wote”

“Mi è piaciuta la stanza tenuta benissimo e colorata, cucina fornitissima di tutto, posto molto pulito e in ordine, il padrone di casa gentilissimo, unica nota negativa che si sentono i rumori della stanza a fianco ”

“The mattress was heavily mouldy and in a very poor condition. The air in the room was terrible, with a strong and unpleasant smell. On top of that, the staff were unfriendly and not polite at all. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.”
