“Picked up the key, but only returned to the van after hours. Door did not lock at all and the bolt came out when the key was turned. Called the emergency number, only to be rudely told "What do you want me to do about it, I'm at work 30 min away". I said that the door didn't lock and that would need to be fixed. the reply "Oh, we've known about that for a few weeks and it will be fixed next week". After several minutes of discussion, was finally told that the manger would call me. They did (also...
