The outdoor area is safe and child-friendly. There is a playground nearby. It features an outdoor dining area, a grill, and a sofa nook for relaxing. The outdoor area in front of the apartment offers plenty of sunshine.

There is also a trampoline on the property that can be shared with the homeowner’s children. Next to the trampoline is a seating area where you can enjoy the evening sun. The homeowner lives in an apartment on the second floor of the building and also uses the outdoor area by the trampoline.

The apartment is easily accessible by car and offers free on-site parking.
