“Old and desperate need of repairs. Pool is empty and closed and has debris and a lounge chair at the bottom. Carpet and ceiling in room was stained. The hotel is in very poor shape and I was very sorry that I did not read the reviews before booking. No breakfast except coffee, no daily housekeeping, ”

“Thr room was decorated beautifully and was super clean. I felt so safe.
I wish my view was not of the parking garage. They did offer me another room but wanted to charge an upgrade but I said no because I was only going to be there 1 night and didn't want to pay the extra fee.
I was also charged a parking fee along with the resort fee which were surprises.”

“definitely clean rooms. staff was friendly breakfast a little hard to find. casino is good. elevators had a hard time working long way from the casino in the sunset Tower. awesome balcony, the only thing was I thought we were getting the AAA and the AARP discount but obviously they did not catch on to that. as we we listed with Expedia, I'm not sure that they mentioned it overall good”
