“The house is designed perfectly for a small family reunion. We celebrated a 90th birthday and it was brilliant. We had dinner parties for 20, using the ample and well-appointed kitchen. It was easy to be all together in the great room, or spread out slightly for smaller conversations on the huge deck or in adjoining tv room.”

“My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the cottage with our baby and 2 small dogs. It had everything we needed, including a big yard for the dogs to run around in. Tons of things to do nearby with the dogs, including the fantastic trails right next door in Seal Bay (including a beautiful walk to the ocean where we saw Seals and Bald Eagles everytime). There is also a dog friendly leash optional sand beach (Saratoga Beach) within a 20 min drive. Andrea is a fantastic host and we look forward to...

“Property was fairly clean, there were a couple of , looked like blood spots on the kitchen floor, and the sheets in the master bed had stains(hopefully!) on them. The master bed didn’t have a top sheet so it got hot not having anything but a duvet. The blinds were white so you were up when the sun rose. Our daughters said the mattresses in the bunk weren’t comfortable but overall a good rental on a quiet street.”

“The property was great for our family trip. The place was very clean and lots of space for us to hang out. There were two bedrooms with ensuites which was very nice. The other three bedrooms worked well for our group as well.”

“The suite worked really well for a weekend of skiing at Mt Washington. The unit was very clean and cozy, and had everything that was needed to make for a comfortable stay. Check-in and communications were prompt and seamless, and everything worked as expected. Location is also great - less than 30 minutes to the mountain, and only minutes away to shops and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again.”

“What a gem! Calm water, crabs everywhere, porpoises out the window. It is a classic Canadian cabin, just like in lake country, except without the mosquitoes but with salmon right outside. We managed to get there in a small open boat (our big one was out of commission) by doing a deal with nearby April Pt Marina.”
