“Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.”

“The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. ”

“Great location. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Has a parking garage as well which was awesome. It’s an older hotel but the refurbishments are good. Comfortable rooms. Only down side was someone had a dog that barked when you walked down the hall, but that was pretty minor considering the great price and location.”

“Downtown location, underground parking limited by vehicle height. No carpet in room, probably to ease upkeep. Decent breakfast. Inconvenient access from outside for security reasons.”

“It was a great value however, I booked a 2 queen with a sofa bed and ended up with a 2 queen room. The room itself wasn’t really clean, my daughter found a finger nail clipping in her bed that was not hers. And the bathroom smelled terrible! As far as the amenities go the hot tub area was full of kids jumping in and out and throwing toys. Also weird that there are not bathrooms in the pool area. Makes it hard to believe kids are actually getting out to use the bathroom. Overall was just a...
