“If you want to enjoy downtown Asheville this is the place to stay !! No need to use the car once you park!! So much to walk to and so much on the property!!”

“The truth is I got everything I wanted at the hotel but a good night's sleep. The people are helpful. The amenities are great. The rooms are large. But it's a creaky old noisy hotel, and the clomping on the floors above my room kept me awake half the night on multiple nights. Bad guests upstairs? Probably, but a properly built hotel would have deadened some of that noise. Shame, I really wanted to like it.”

“Absolutely awesome place. The staff at check in were very helpful and shared a restaurant list! Our room was clean and gorgeous, with comfortable robes, a large bathtub with a book/drink holder, comfortable robes, the whole works. The breakfast was quite substantial for a continental breakfast, and everything tasted excellent. The coffee was VERY good too. ”

“Clean hotel. Breakfast was great. The room we had was smaller compared to other Embassy Suites we stayed at. You could hear your neighbors through the walls.”

“Fun hotel with lots of character. Nice rooftop bar and coffee/bar in the lobby. Only suggestion would be to have towels on the shower side (bathroom is split into toilet/sink on one side and shower on the other side).”
