• Dining area with seating for 8 and nearby island seating for 4
• Living room with gas log fireplace and TV for streaming
• Fully enclosed sunroom with lounge seating and access to the deck with fire table and gas grill. Note: The sunroom is considered a three-season room and is not heated for the winter.
• Lower-level living room with sectional, game table, arcade game, and 85" TV for streaming
• Garage game room with a ping pong table and cornhole boards

As a guest at Grey Eagle Lodge, enjoy access to the Christmount Community amenities (subject to availability): ball field, outdoor pickleball court, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, basketball, gaga ball, picnic areas, campfire rings, new playground (accessible directly from Sourwood Rd), and disc golf course. Christmount Community is part of the SAHC (Southern Appalachian Highlands Conservancy) and offers several hiking trails to enjoy. Note: All hikers are encouraged to register at the Front Office before using the trail systems.
