“I was incredibly disappointed in the conditions of the hotel. It is very very ran down. The bug situation is insane. It’s common sense there would be bugs by a lake but wow. Can’t even open your sliding door to the patio or you’ll be swatting mosquitos and whatever else was flying around that they claimed weren’t mosquitos. However, my daughter and I woke up with several bites. Management was great. They understood and allowed us to check out and obtain a refund. ”

“The hotel was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and professional, also giving information about the city and shops where I had to buy some facilities.
Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion. Opinion very good on the whole. Thanks, Francesco Bonini”

“Overall a solid stay for the price. The room and common areas were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good—nothing fancy, but definitely decent. The main issue was housekeeping: after a couple of days our trash was full and we needed fresh towels. We asked multiple times and were told it wasn’t available until later / short-staffed, and it wasn’t handled until near the end of our stay. If housekeeping responsiveness improves, this would be an easy repeat.”

“It was great stay, reception at the front desk was very professional. The only suggestion may be made it’s probably check the toiletries while cleaning the room and refilling so the guest doesn’t have to go to ask for at front desk, and more towels… And location is great the building is good… ”
