Cockroaches in the bathroom and on the coffee bar. The room had a really strong perfume smell that was overpowering and not pleasant. I would have told reception but it was unmanned when I left.

Lovely spacious room. Sunroom was great to have a place to sit and read. Owner very kind and thoughtful. Restaurant The Cottage was excellent! Chef Shane and all his staff were so welcoming and food was amazing - so we dined there twice. A little gem in Armidale!

We paid for a presenter to stay and the review he gave was absolutely amazing, he said and I quote. “I was on the phone to my wife, who asked me, do you wish to continue talking? He looked at the bathroom and bed and said No”. He said he had 11hrs sleep. Thank you for making our quests stay ...
