“The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I had a comfortable sleep but the negative was that there was a plumbing issue in the morning so there were problems in the kitchen so we were unable to take a shower in the room and also unable have breakfast which we had paid for. Therefore, we checked out earlier than intended And drove home. “Struttura scelta per essere la più “economy” della zona essendo anche la più lontana da tutto (c’è una fermata bus di fronte) ma comunque ad un cifra in un cui ci si aspetta un minimo di funzionalità. I problemi arrivano da subito: al check-in scopriamo che la colazione inclusa sarebbe stata dalle 9:30 nel bar accanto (mentre sui siti è indicato un orario diverso), troppo tardi per chi intende visitare la zona e uscire presto. “Cosy and nicely appointed room. Friendly staff and a nice area. ”

“Switched selected room upon arrival as room I reserved was not available anymore. Had no power to charge devices before a long flight due to what appeared to be a shortage in electricity. Was promised an investigation regarding my reporting of a room that was not cleaned but no one had followed up with me, messages ignored also. ”

“Very clean. Nice bedroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Easy car parking. I love the independence of being able to bring food and use the communal fridge and microwave in the kitchen area, together with having a kettle for tea and coffee in the bedroom. ”

“Location is excellent for buses, trains and shops are all very close. The owners are extremely quick to respond and will go out of their way to help. Will definitely stay again.”

“I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

“Disappointed. Room shabby, No bedside cabinets, reading lights. Only one widow with broken blind, outlook another building separated only by a narrow gap full of rubbish. Only Asian food on offer. No over sink light. The staff were polite and pleasant but we will not be returning to this property.”
