There was no remote or wall-mounted method for adjusting the temperature. We stayed out of our room until it was bedtime, then it was like a winter night in an unhesated farmhouse.”

“Needs a complete cleaning. Found fakse nails all over the bathroom floor, probably from the previous guest, proofs that it wasn’t vacuumed after they left. “It’s a shame that this inn lacks investment and renovation. The owner works hard and tries her best but the establishment is in need of modernization. Musty smell from the old carpets, old bathrooms and badly locking doors. I felt that I didn’t get value for money compared to the other inns and bed & breakfasts we stayed in during our time in Nova Scotia. This was probably the most expensive but the least value. Either the price needs to change or the inn needs to modernize. This is of course my...
