Hotel vicino a Blacker House - Los Angeles

“Sempre una buona conferma anche se la colazione molto scarsa. Inoltre ti fanno ti fanno pagare 27$ per notte lo stesso parcheggio pubblico che ne costa 12$. Lo spazio è solo recintato.. ”

“Albergo comodo e confortevole, in zona sicura e piacevole, con personale molto gentile. Benissimo l’hotel, un po’ sottotono rispetto al resto la colazione. Rimane comunque un Hilton molto ben gestito e adatto a tutti, comprese le famiglie ”

“One of the best hotel lobbies I have seen- Places to lounge, divided spaces to work, a conference table and two large screen televisions (set on silent) - with the world cup games highlights the weekend I was there; the breakfast was amazing - some of the best chilequiles I have had anywhere! Great location as well walking distance - a few blocks to all the Pasadena Old Town shops and restaurants!”

“L’hotel/ residence è in ottima posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pasadena. Unico neo è stato che pur avendo richiesto la pulizia della camera giornaliera , nonostante le mie proteste, su 5 giorni sono passati una volta. La scusa è stata che come Hotel residence non sono attrezzati per pulizie giornaliere. Ho trovato scandaloso che un Marriot non abbia un servizio efficiente.”

“Booked this hotel since it had a pool so my kids could swim. The pool is just a few feet deep and no longer than 7-8 ft long. You couldn’t swim if you wanted to. It’s also right in the middle of the dirty parking lot where a bunch of people were smoking, despite the “No Smoking” signs. We cancelled the reservation immediately upon pulling in and went elsewhere.”

“Terrible experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and we were unable to sleep due to the constant noise coming from the unit, which was extremely disruptive and frustrating. I raised the issue with the hotel management, but they informed me that the system was “working as designed” and that there was nothing they could do. They advised me to contact the booking provider if I had any concerns about the property. Additionally, there was no coffee maker available in the room...

“Struttura molto bella e nuova, con stanze grandi dotate di tutti i comfort. Da migliorare forse l’insonorizzazione dei pavimenti, si sente rimbombare moltissimo quando gli ospiti ai piani superiori camminano. Per il resto super consigliato!”

“This was our third time staying at this hotel. Each past visit was enjoyable. However, this time our room was not cleaned for some reason. We asked the front desk and was told somehow our room was not scheduled for cleaning and they dont always clean the room during stay. This is extremely weird because we always had our room cleaned in the past without asking. Even if the room is not always cleaned, who decides whether it gets cleaned or not? Shouldnt it be the customer? If there is such...
