Don't be influenced by what it says about the property. There is NO onsite parking as detailed. There is two hour parking out on the street only otherwise you heed to park a distance away in a pay parking lot. And you better gave lots of coins as they don't take card payments and there are minimal shops around. We had no phone and there is no working pay phone anywhere to contact the managers. When we finally got in contact with them ( they say they are available 24/7) after 3 emails not answered we were casually told there is parking on the street. Perhaps they should review their description of the property. Then trying to get into the building was a challenge each time due to a dodgy lock and key system. There is a washing machine but no dryer as described. As for beautifully renovated the fake leather lounge is old and peeling. The other chair you sink into as the springs are shot. I don't know where the quadruple lounge suire was. The floor boards are on a lean so the doors don't stay open and every step echos through the apartment as the fake floor creaks shockingly. There is a view of the beach but it one block back from the main esplanade, behind a building. The beds are also old and saggy. With hundreds of other properties available nearby i would think twice before coming here.
