How can you leave a review, when you did not reply to any of our correspondence and then never showed up?

Thank you for your feedback. We must admit that since COVID, we could not longer supply tea and coffee. But we should be able to put that right now. It would have been helpful if you had left your name, then we could identify which apartment you were referring to. It is not clear why you might think the pictures are deceptive. I can only guess that you might have been looking at the pictures from one of our other apartments.

Hello Nadia. It'd be nice to know what the problem was, considering we provided you with free car parking, a baby cot and the house manager was there the entire time, but didn't hear anything from you.

We are now considering various proposals to modernize the bathrooms. For those who find the double sofa bed inadequate, we do offer a fold out camp bed. Perhaps we need to advertise this a bit more.

We have a very strict non-smoking policy, and will fine or evict those guests caught smoking in the apartments. That being said, we are unable to govern what people do outside. We understand that toilets need modernization. We are currently investigating possible options.

In regard to the door, we know that it can be a little difficult to lock, but during the last inspection it was lockable. We will discuss this with our maintenance guy to see what can be done.

Thank you for your critical review. The cleaners have their cleaning regularly inspected. If there is a problem, we will get it sorted. In regard to the bed, we advertise that this is a studio apartment with just a sofa bed. We also advertise that we have limited free parking available for which you need to reserve a space.

Dear Jennifer, We hope you enjoyed the apartment. The building and scaffolding work, was just a little bit of maintenance work that needed to be done on the back of the building. We had hoped that it would have been finished before you arrived. Unfortunately, as typically happens in such cases, there were delays.
