“Checked in room around 6pm. Left for dinner. Upon return the door would not unlock. Went to desk and told the gentleman. He made a new key card which didn't work (the lock was flashing red all this time indicating something the hotel should understand). He then came to the door and tried. Did not work. “Beautiful scenery, warm comfortable cabin, fantastic host. Really enjoyed our stay celebrating our 20th anniversary. Also highly recommend South Hill just fifteen minutes away. Great shopping and dining experience. ”

“The rooms (2) smelled awful, it was coming from the bathrooms, possible sewer damage. Changed rooms and still had a faint odor over the bleach smell. Body just continental. Staff very apologetic & helpful. Can’t be the 1st to complain of the odor!!”
