“Great rooms our second time staying at staycation and different suite this time everything went smoothly check in etc but no hot water in the room, wouldn’t have been a big issue but with it being December and the solution being to run across the hallway to another unit was cold Shanon was as helpful as she could be but with the cost of the stay this should have been checked before hand with a PPM check Out first stay in the de vere suite was a great stay but this time unfortunately wasn’t so...

“The sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the TV worked, the shower head and toilet bowl were dirty. Both these things ought to be spotless in a hotel, if they have cleaners then they are not doing their job properly!! The room was set for one person when the booking stated 2. We asked for another mug but didn’t realise about just one large towel until we had a shower and at that point just shared as unable to contact the desk unless we walked over to them. The price was cheap but even so...

“We stayed in this property for 5 days (December 11 to 16). On checking out, we asked for the total fee for our parking our vehicle for the 5 nights. We were told it costs £8 a night and to pay using the machine at the gate. We did. We paid £40 for the 5 nights. We got home, and received a £60 "fine" for parking at this hotel, even though we paid, we have the receipt and it shows in our credit card. “Really modest hotel, my teenage daughter described it as being cosy. The hotel was very clean, the double room was very large. Closet space was adequate. Tea and biscuits were provided in the room. Breakfast was freshly cooked full English, had choices of cereal and different teas. Was most pleased as my fav peppermint was on offer...never is at other hotels. It was in a very quiet area but with restaurant/takeout within a 1 minute walk, there is a Chinese opposite, Indian restaurant adjacent...
