Completamente aggiornato, la nostra casa è un rifugio speciale e vanta splendide viste da tutto il lato dell'oceano della casa. L'ampio patio rialzato e i giardini paesaggistici sono l'ideale per rilassarsi o intrattenersi. Scendete dal nostro patio posteriore lungo le nostre scale private fino alla spiaggia, dove potrete godervi una lunga passeggiata o correre, giocare nella sabbia e fare surf, o semplicemente guardare aquile e aironi cenerini salire.

La nostra bella casa di Birch Bay è un posto perfetto per una fuga romantica o in famiglia, dove è possibile ammirare spettacolari tramonti, godere di un fuoco caldo nel vero camino in legno e addormentarsi con i suoni delle onde. La camera da letto principale è un rifugio in sé con una splendida vista sull'acqua, un comodo letto matrimoniale con lenzuola di lusso e un bagno privato. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e la terza ha tre letti singoli.

We've stayed at this rental several times and it completely fits our needs. Great views, beach frontage with kayak storage (steep stairs to beach), and everything you need including a gas barbecue and extensive patio.

The home is very comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. Brought kayaks and left then at the water's edge (a little bit tricky getting them up and down the stairs but very doable). Loved beachcombing at low tide. Only suggestion would be better lighting in the dining room for playing cards and games. Overall a great place for a quiet vacation!

We were enchanted with the fantastic views and sunsets from the kitchen, living areas, and patio, enjoyed the access to the beach, and were very pleased with this home to spend time with our son and his family. The master suite allows for privacy, and the bedding in the rooms was comfortable for everyone. Proximity to the state park and the town provide opportunities to experience the community and programs at the park. While we were there they had a morning presentation on clam digging which was interesting. There are shops nearby to get essential groceries, and it's not too far to Bellingham which has a wonderful farmers' market on Saturday. For fresh local fish, Barlean's Fishery Inc. is a short drive away and worth the trip. Station 49 is very close with go carts and mini golf for a day of fun, and live music on the weekends. We would be happy to stay here again!

My sister, husband and I spent a week at the Beach House in Birch Bay. The house and location were much better than we expected. This is the quiet end of Birch Bay. We sat outside every morning in the perfect mid 70s sunny weather and drank our coffee and listened to waves lapping and bird calls. We saw seagulls, herons and bald eagles every day. At low tide we walked out on the mud flats and at high tide we went swimming. Every evening we are dinner outside and saw beautiful sunsets. It was just the perfect place for a relaxing week. We realized at the end of the week we had never even turned the tv on the entire time we were there.

It is a great house to stay in at Birch Bay, the view is spectacular! There is a gas fire strip you can sit by outside for the sunset. The house is great, roomy and we loved it!

Renting this property was a perfect spot for our cousin crew grandkids! Beach access, nearby Birch Bay waterslides, C Shop for ice cream, Station 49 for Go Carts, Train ride, mini golf and arcades.

What an amazing home you have created! Thank you so much for sharing it with us. Every detail was perfect. 😊 Your kitchen is perfectly stocked, we loved the cast iron on the stove! We cooked every meal while we stayed. I could have left all my spices at home. You have really supplied everything! The beds and bedding are heavenly! And the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable! The set up was perfect for the 6 of us. Beach access was great and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to head right down to build sandcastles, walk on the beach, and search for geoduck sprays! And of course - THE VIEW. I could have spent every moment of our week in Birch Bay sitting on the patio watching the bay. We got to meet Graham - thanks for taking such good care of us! Arrival information was great and we got in without any problems. With all my heart I hope I get the pleasure of staying here again someday! It is my favorite out of any vacation home or condo we have every stayed on!! Thank you Janell and Graham for hosting us in your little slice of heaven on earth!! It was exactly what I needed!! The property is lovely. Recently had part of the embankment erode but I'm sure they are working on it. The only thing really needed especially during sunny days is an umbrella. The place with the view has the sun on it pretty much all day and there was no way to get any shade. You should consider a shade source if during the summer. I have reached out to the property manager and suggested they add a shade source. But truly was a remarkable stay in a very lovely home.

I could not have been happier with this property. The sunsets were gorgeous and were the highlight of our trip. We never wanted to go out for dinner as the view from hope was too spectacular to leave! Would definitely come back.

I have rented this property multiple times, and just love it!! To be honest, the first few times it was not clean, nor stocked. One time we had no toilet paper, no sheets on bed, and we felt we had to clean before we were comfortable. Obviously, whoever their cleaner was, wasn't doing their job. However, this time it was WELL stocked and very clean. I love the privacy! While you have neighbors on both sides, you can't see them. I do feel bad for the owners that the bank has slid away, I wish them well on dealing with the agencies who govern this (what a pain that is), so that they can fix it and protect their property from further erosion. Be aware that the fence showing nearest the water has slid down the hill, with only a flimsy fence replacing it. So if you have children, you will want to be very careful. The check in process is weird. While you have it booked well in advance, as close to a few days ahead of time, they will request you to sign another paper and send it to them.. Which is a pain when you live almost 3000 miles away, or are on the road working. This time I was able to get it straightened out much easier than previous years. Just something to be aware of. All in all, I LOVE this place and look forward to my next stay. It It's wonderful to feel like you're going home!!

Very beautiful place with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Well stocked with dishes, cleaning and bathroom supplies and very comfortable beds. The view was amazing.. Loved the home I have two suggestions to assure guests are happy. The waterfront stairs are washed out and will probably take awhile to fix. Take the info that it's beach access off your site. Also the key access (top one) was very hard to get to lock and if you are short, it's not accessible. Maybe change out the locks. Other than that, perfect stay.

We loved staying at this home! We ideally want to come back when it’s warmer so we can enjoy the beautiful backyard. Plenty of space and close to all the wonderful things Birch Bay has to offer! Also, the best towels (I am buying some for my house as we speak). You can tell this home is well cared for and is extremely inviting. Highly recommend!
