“I did not feel safe there. I was not greeted by an employee but by a stranger who offered to take my money and show me to my room. No ice machine, no washer and dryer, if I'd wanted to use them. I had already prepaid or I would have left immediately. All of the food seemed stale so we didn't eat anything. Poured the coffee but didn't drink it because it had grounds in it.
