We had the most amazing stay at Dalnoid Cottages and couldn't have asked for anything more!We booked The Groose Hoose Cottage to spend Christmas together (including the dog) and everything was perfect.The booking process was easy and the information to get into the property and find it was very clear. 3 days before we arrived, we were sent an online guide which was absolutely amazing! EVERYTHING you might need to know was on there from how to use the washing machine to where to eat out locally and an inventory of every kitchen utensil! This made it really easy to plan what we could cook while we were away, no wondering if we'd have to take certain things.Upon arrival, we were greeted by the most beautiful cottage you could imagine! The cottage had been decorated tastefully for Christmas and the lights left on which gave us a real 'wow' moment as we walked in. We had been left a welcome gift of prosecco, chocolates, a Christmas card and even a Christmas present for our dog!! It was clear from this moment on how much this business means to the owners and we knew we were going to have a fab time!We planned our days using the very detailed guide we had been provided with and spent evenings in the cottage relaxing, playing games and in the hot tub!We were 'left alone' for our stay but saw the owners out and about, doing their many tasks, and they were always happy to have a chat!We cannot recommend this place highly enough and wish the owners every success!Thank you x
