Bear Essentials welcomes you to Blairsville in the North Georgia mountains, where a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, and mountain setting give you plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors. Spend your days exploring nearby lakes, waterfalls, hiking trails, and scenic mountain roads, then head into Blairsville for local dining and small-town stops before returning to this single-level cabin for an evening by the gas fireplace.



The Space:

When you arrive, head outside to enjoy the patio, where the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor seating give you a comfortable place to spend time outdoors. Inside, the living room features a large L-shaped couch, smart TV, and gas fireplace. The kitchen includes a Keurig and drip coffee maker, while the dining table seats three. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the home between the two bedrooms.



This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite half bathroom.



Bedroom #2 includes twin and full bunk beds.



There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• A queen-size blow-up mattress is offered.

• No pets are allowed. An undisclosed pet found at the property will result in a $350 fine.

• Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

• Washer and dryer in home.



Blairsville offers a convenient base for exploring North Georgia’s mountain scenery, with opportunities for hiking, fishing, boating, waterfalls, and scenic drives throughout the area. Nearby Lake Nottely, Vogel State Park, Helton Creek Falls, and Brasstown Bald offer plenty of ways to spend time outdoors, while downtown Blairsville provides local shops, restaurants, and seasonal events. After exploring the mountains, return to Bear Essentials for a quiet evening by the gas fireplace or time outside on the patio.
