Set within the quiet community of Brier Crest Woods in Blakeslee, this thoughtfully designed ranch home offers comfort, convenience, and easy access to the lake, just two blocks away. The setting balances neighborhood charm with a welcome sense of privacy, thanks to a vacant lot beside the home and a backyard designed for real use, not just looks.

Outside, the property delivers multiple ways to enjoy the outdoors. A covered porch creates a natural spot for morning coffee or evening conversation, the open deck adds flexibility for dining or relaxing, and the fire pit anchors the yard as a gathering space after sunset. The backyard is comfortably sized and functional for families, couples, or small groups who want space without feeling isolated.

It includes two TVs, an Xbox, board games, a small pool table, and a sectional-style couch with chaise lounge. The space stays cool naturally but can be heated when needed, offering flexibility across seasons.

The home offers three bedrooms, each with its own character while maintaining consistency and quality. The primary bedroom features a coordinated furniture set including bed frame, nightstands, and dressers, creating a cohesive, upscale feel. Its private bathroom includes a vanity, stand-up shower, and clean, modern finishes. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double bed on both the top and bottom, along with a fandelier designed to improve safety and comfort for upper bunk use. The third bedroom mirrors the primary bedroom’s furniture style, with a matching headboard, footboard, dresser, and ceiling fan. The cabin is located in a private community with private roads, so registering in advance is required. We respect your privacy and only require information needed for that registration. Names and ages as well as vehicle information.
We want every guest to have a smooth, comfortable stay and for our neighbors to continue welcoming short-term rentals. These guidelines help make that possible.

Respect the space and the community

-This home is intended for relaxing stays only, no parties or events.

-Quiet hours are 10pm–8am, sound carries easily in mountain communities, especially without leaves on the trees.

-Only registered guests are permitted on the property at any time.

Smoking and fire safety

-No smoking or vaping inside the home.

-Outdoor smoking is permitted, please use proper disposal and keep 10 feet away from any doors or windows so the home always smells welcoming.

-Fires are allowed only in the designated fire pit, never in the rest of the yard.

Occupancy and care of the home

-Maximum occupancy must be followed at all times.

-Please treat the home, furnishings, and game room with care, this is a real home, not a hotel.

-No glitter, confetti, candles, or anything that creates difficult cleanup.

Pets

-Pets are by approval only and must be disclosed before booking.

Check-in and check-out

-Check-in is any time after 4pm, but if there are issues when you arrive and I happen to be asleep, please be patient.

-Check-out by 11am. These times allow our cleaning team to prepare the home properly for every guest.

Community amenities

-Use of Brier Crest Woods amenities must follow community guidelines.

-Guests are responsible for following posted lake and amenity rules.
