The house had all the toiletries you could think of and thank goodness because a few of us forgot our body wash and shampoos. Delores was such a great host and was very sweet and easy to communicate with. I definitely would recommend this house to stay at and will return if I ever come back to Fredericksburg. “This place is great if you have a large group, like a family reunion, and has lots of space and privacy. It is rural, but still within 20 minutes of a huge HEB in Marble Falls. My family all loved this place so much that we started talking about next years trip on the last morning we were there. The host was super great at communicating and the place was clean. ”

“There's several gates to get to Box 3, which makes it a little daunting to get through when you're coming back from a long day. I wish it had been noted that there was no central heat or air. The space heaters tripped the circuit breaker our first night, but they were quick to address it and comped us a day for the hassle, which was very considerate. The tight, steep spiral staircase was a bit challenging for our luggage. Another thing worth mentioning is that the refrigerator is very small,...
