The property features 6 bedrooms, a cosy covered terrace with lounge area, and a large fully enclosed garden, making it ideal for families with children and pets.



The Space:

Upon arrival at Fevery Village, you can park your car directly on the private driveway, which offers space for up to three vehicles. On the ground floor, the house offers two spacious living areas and two fully equipped kitchens. Both living rooms feature comfortable seating areas with TV, while each kitchen includes a large dining table. From the largest living room, you have direct access to a cosy covered terrace with lounge area and to the large fenced garden, perfect for relaxing, playing games, or letting pets roam freely.



Also on the ground floor is one bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and single washbasin.



The upper floor houses the remaining five bedrooms: two with double beds, one with a single bed, one with two single beds, and one with a triple bunk bed, ideal for children. This floor also features a bathroom with shower, bathtub, and double washbasin.



Fevery Village enjoys a peaceful setting while being only a 10-minute drive from Blankenberge beach. The spacious enclosed garden and covered terrace provide a pleasant outdoor area to relax and enjoy the sunshine.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the accommodation and its facilities.

PET:

1 pet is allowed in Fevery Village. A supplement of €20/night will be charged for this.



PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
