  • 6 km from Uzès, in a quiet hamlet between vineyards and forest, family estate for 5 generations, rents semi-detached house of 160 m2 with secure swimming pool (for exclusive use of tenants) and park of 5000 m2 (not fenced). Accommodation for 10 people, 4 bedrooms: bedroom 1 of 25 m2 with bed of 140, bedroom 2 of 20 m2 with small balcony, bed of 160 and ceiling fan, bedroom 3 of 15 m2 with ceiling fan, bed of 140 and bed of 90, bedroom 4 air-conditioned of 16 m2 with 2 bunk beds (4 x 90 cm).
    2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, TV lounge of 21 m2 with sofa bed, large dining room of 27 m2 with table for 10 people and fireplace (insert), kitchen equipped with 2 large fridges/freezers, storage room with washing machine.
    Large terrace with awning, table for 10 people with 4X4m awning and plancha.
    Baby equipment (high chair, co-sleeping bed, changing mat).
    Pets allowed (but not fenced).
    Large spaces and parking for 4 to 5 vehicles (closed by a gate) but no electric charging station.
    Activities: hiking trails (GR 63) and mountain bike trails in front of the property, close to the Gardon gorges (swimming and canoeing), the Pont du Gard and the Haribo museum.
    UZES: between Avignon (40 minutes) and Nîmes (20 minutes), 2h30 from Lyon. TGV station 20 minutes away.

Un super week-end prolongé, avec enfants et petits-enfants dans une grande et superbe demeure de caractère . Un grand jardin, une belle piscine, un bel environnement au calme, un grand chez soi très confortable où rien ne manque, sans oublier, la relation avec le propriétaire et Tiphaine très cordiale. Une belle région à visiter.... Nous reviendrons .

La maison est très agréable avec un bel et vaste jardin et une piscine entourée de verdure et parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants. On peut aller se promener en forêt depuis la maison, mais aussi marcher près des oliviers et des vignes, aller cueillir des mures, ou encore aller faire ses courses de vin bio et de légumes directement chez le producteur à la super scop Malaïgue dans le même hameau! Il y a une petite ginguette à 5min à pieds qui propose apéros et musique sur scène. 15 min de voiture pour aller se baigner dans une rivière bien rafraichissante... bref nous avons passé un excellent moment et serons ravis de revenir.

Superbe week-end en famille dans cette maison fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, il ne manque rien! La maison est mitoyenne avec jardin partagé délimité mais la piscine est à usage privé. Tout est prévu pour la chaleur : ventilateurs dans certaines chambres, climatisation dans d'autres et surtout moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres. Le logement était très propre. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire comme la conciergerie qui sont très réactifs. La localisation est parfait pour découvrir les alentours comme le musée Haribo, etc... N'hésitez pas à aller découvrir la boutique du domaine de Malaïgue juste en face !
