called back to dispute not receiving full deposit didn’t say my name or room number. was charged $15 for hand towel that was stained with makeup even though did not wear make up or used it to clean that would stain .

The room was clean, smaller than I would have thought for a king suite, but since we were only staying for one night it was fine. The staff was friendly and efficient. We did not need anything because the room was well stocked. Everything worked perfectly. We have stayed at this hotel several times ...
