🚶‍♀️ Located in a pedestrian-only area of one of the most picturesque villages on the lake, the apartment offers total peace and quiet, just 5 minutes by car from Como (or 10 minutes by bus).

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment. The entrance is located within the pedestrian area of the village. We recommend comfortable footwear for the short walk from parking areas.

• Check-in will be done in person whenever possible
• Getting around: Having a car is recommended to explore Lake Como and its surroundings at your own pace. However, parking in lakeside villages – including Blevio – can be limited, especially during high season.
But that's a small price to pay for the peace, silence, and authentic charm of staying in a quiet lakeside village.
• Parking options are available within a 5–10 minute walk; the host will provide full details after booking
• Reachable by bus lines C30, C31, and C32, with a short 10-minute walk from the stop
• Tourist tax of €2 per person is due at check-in (as per local regulations – not included in the rental price)
• Climate comfort: to ensure maximum comfort and energy efficiency, air conditioning and heating are managed directly by the host. The apartment will always be set to a pleasant temperature upon your arrival, based on the season
• Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility (due to pedestrian area and stairs)
• No pets allowed
