Lose yourself in the untamed beauty of Shuswap Lake right out your front door and take in the astounding views of surrounding mountains and Copper Island. Located between 2 Marinas and only an 8 minute walk along the beach to the Bayside Marina & Grill, where you can pop in for some tasty eats, refreshing cold beverage on the patio and even rent a Boat or Sea-doo to start your day of fun! The popular Finz Bar & Grill is a short 3 min drive to or a half hour walk! Central to many amenities Blind Bay has to offer. The huge property is unique as it offers a lovely grass lawn for the kids to play, even during high waters, this area is accessible. Beyond there is steps down to a large rock beach where you'll be met with a nice dock and a buoy to tie your boat up to!

This beautiful home presents a feeling of coziness the minute you step inside. An overall sense of tranquility is felt as you bask in the sun on the massive top deck and gaze out at the lake, equipped with seating and a BBQ to gather with your people. Or, head down below to the lower deck to get some chill time in the shade! The interior of the home features 4 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping 12 people comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor - 2 rooms with queen beds and one room with 2 bunk beds for the kids, Conveniently there are 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor! The upper level also has a very spacious kitchen with island, family room, patio sliding doors to the deck and nothing but walls of windows to take in those stunning views. Go down the charming rounded staircase to the walk-out basement, also with walls of windows and sliding patio doors to the lower deck. Here you will find the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and an oh-so-comfortable huge living room space with a propane fireplace. Off the living room is a laundry room and a double futon bed for extra sleep space.

All bedding, bath towels and everyday consumables provided for comfort and convenience! The kitchen is generously set up with all supplies needed to allow you to cook a meal for your family. Supplies we provide are BBQ propane, toilet paper, roll of paper towel, garbage bags, dish and hand soap, laundry soap and fabric sheets, dish scrubber, cleaner, coffee and filters, tea, sugar, flour, cooking oil, foil, food wrap and some common cooking spices.

Enjoy accommodations while you explore the Shuswap, whether it be a nice Summer Vacation, Spring get-away or some down time in the Fall! Central to many amenities and things to do in the area, such as Beaches, Boat Rentals, Fishing, Wineries, Hiking trails, Golfing, Adams River Rafting, Snowmobiling, ATVing and of course...Shuswap Lake! Jump on the boat and take a cruise to the Floating store and Pub - Shark Shack and Sea Store, in the Narrows, a trip to Copper Island or even the Rope Swing!

SLEDDING:
** Sicamous - Tranquility Bay is only 50 minutes to the iconic Sicamous sledding areas of the Eagle Valley. Some of the best snowmobiling in Canada with deep snow, powder filled bowls, endless meadows, 120 kms of groomed trails and spectacular alpine views. Cozy cabins to warm up in, with a variety of family friendly groomed trails to challenging and extreme terrain for experienced riders.
** Crowfoot Mountain - just a 35 minute drive to and is one of BCs best kept Sledding destinations! Beautiful 20sq kilometers of back country riding with amazing views of the Shuswap Valley. Vast riding area with alpine and subalpine regions offering riding for all skill levels, intermediate to expert. 28km of marked, groomed and un-groomed trails with 3 day-use chalets. Elevation ranges from 1200m-2250m with an average snowfall of 14ft. This Vacation Rental is less than 10 minutes to the Crowfoot Staging Area!
