“Beautiful and quiet location, very helpful, check-in was smooth and quick. Excellent help finding a restaurant for dinner and we got 10% discount when we used our voucher from the hotel. Cute dogs and cats and donkeys in the garden next door. Breakfast was wonderful- croissants and homemade yoghurt.”

“Apartment was on the 2nd floor up three flights of steps. Being elderly the steps were a bit steep for us. Apartment itself had been well prepared for us and was very comfortable.”

“The building in itself is unique. We loved the position of our room. We enjoyed lounging & reading in the gardens. We have a lovely meal in the restaurant on our first night. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and genuinely interested in making all their guests’ stay an excellent one. We will definitely be back to Le Chateau.”

“A good stay as usual. Staff friendly, food good. Being returning guests, who enjoy the village and surrounding area, are aware that if you are unable to check-in before the restaurant closes for lunch time service, you have to wait until 18.00hrs when restaurant re opens for evening service to check-in, though there is a phone number on the door. Expedia on their confirmation says you can check-in anytime from 14.00hrs.”

“Beautiful B&B. We were in “2 Bis”, the sister of PieuX. Only 2 rooms so we had the whole place. Amenities were really good, the bedrooms quiet and the beds super comfy, that was all 5 stars! We loved the quirkiness, fantastic place and literally 20 seconds from the grand place but you can’t hear the noise at all!! The breakfast is not to be missed, very simple but oh so fantastic!
