“The good: location on the water, kayaks available for use, friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed/mattress.
Could be improved: Cable and internet weren't working, the front desk isn't staffed regularly (but it seems like they are trying to improve this). In general, I think the place seems to be in transition and so there are some hiccups. That said, the staff were friendly and trying to make sure that customer's needs were addressed and staff could be reached (by text, if not in person).”

“The hotel is currently undergoing major renovations, and some areas are filthy and covered in dust. Although the pool is technically open, I wouldn't want to use it given the condition of the property. In my opinion, the management is handling the situation very poorly.
When we checked in, we couldn't even stay in our room because of the constant drilling noise. I spoke to the front desk to complain, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that I could look for another hotel if I...

“Our AC didn’t seem to work all that well as the room was rather warm with the summer heat. The pool on the property was not ready for use during our stay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!”
