“Only place I could find near IU during the week everyone was moving in. I paid $300 a night but that was least of my concerns. I wanted a place that was clean and safe. I'm happy to say my room smelled fresh and was clean. I immediately took all the sheets off and found no signs of bed bugs. I enjoyed the hot tub after a few long days of moving my son into his dorm. It worked out nicely! Yeah, its an older place but I would highly recommend it. 20-25mins from IU and there's plenty...

“The food was outstanding! Love the back porch. The lock needs to be tightened up. The A/C was not on and the ceiling fan would not flow towards the bed even after adjusting it. It was just a minor inconvenience. The whole house was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely add this location to our list!”

“Great place with beautiful garden inside and walking trial in the backside. When we visited in Aug 25, we saw plenty of butterflies and birds in the garden.The walking trial behind leads to the wonderful natural cascade park which will be fun for all ages. The hotel lacks facilities - no washer/dryer, no iron box and no drinking water fountain. Limited breakfast options. But the location, beautiful surroundings and good staffs made out stay great. ”

“Walking into this condo, we felt immediately on a mini vacation! Owner left a nice, local bottle of wine. It is very peaceful sitting on the balcony. We spent our evenings playing games and just relaxing! The owner was very quick to respond to any of our questions! We plan on returning! ”
