“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“We had a great stay! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, which added an extra charm. The accommodations were very comfortable. There were a couple of things we found that needed to be updated from the current listing. The most important is that the stairs down to the basement are now located within the main house. That was a plus, since we stayed in December. Also bring your media subscription log-ins for the televisions. Very clean and in a great location close to ISU campus, if you are...
