“Great location for us (visiting Hamilton College) - nice staff - comfortable and clean room - good breakfast - close to river path for morning run; water pressure was a bit weird but not a deal breaker ”

“Myroom that was booked was not cleaned when I arrived at 5pm. The staff did find me another room. That room was clean, but had an oder due to whatever they use to clean. The room provided a desk but no chair. The internet was not working in my room, but they have a very comfortable lobby area that I was able to get my work done in. The staff tried to help me and where very polite. ”
