“The room smelled strongly of some type heavy cleaner/chemical! Hated that! Very small with practically no amenities! No coffee - only espresso. Good location to Blowing Rock downtown. Will not stay again!”

“This is a very well-maintained older property that is convenient to central Blowing Rock. You could park here and enjoy the town without driving. Although close in, it was quiet. The manager was very attentive and helpful in making suggestions for dining. The room was fairly small, but neat and clean. It's not fancy by Blowing Rock standards, but it had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable - I slept better than at home. The property was also nicely landscaped, with lovely outside...
