Legacy View Lodge features two fully stocked kitchens, a cozy stone fireplace, hot tub, gas fire table, grill, pool table, and an outdoor fire pit area - along with three levels, five sleeping spaces, and two spacious decks for gathering or enjoying space to spread out throughout the home.

Nestled in the desirable Misty Mountain community, this home is just a couple minutes walk from a stunning overlook of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Beautiful homes, peaceful views, and a walkable community await!

Legacy View Lodge has a gorgeous view of the iconic Grandfather Mountain and is just minutes from downtown Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and an abundance of mountain attractions. This home is an ideal place for couples, friend groups, and families to relax, unwind, and have fun while making treasured memories with loved ones.


🏡 MAIN LEVEL
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with an extensive variety of cooking supplies and utensils for your stay. You’ll find labeled cabinets and drawers for easy navigation, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as coffee pods, tea, and spices.

• Dining Area: The dining area is surrounded by the kitchen and provides seating for eight, in a cozy and engaging setting.

• Living Room: The living room includes a gorgeous view of Grandfather Mountain, the large flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, stone fireplace, and leather seating that creates a space ideal for movie nights or quiet evenings by the fire. Movies, books, and board games for all ages are provided.

• Deck: The main deck allows you to take in the beautiful view of Grandfather Mountain and enjoy the outdoor living space - complete with plenty of seating, an outdoor dining table, a gas grill, and a gas fire table for cozy nights and s`mores.

• King Bedroom and Bathroom: The primary bedroom features a king bed, deck access, a walk-in closet, TV, armoire with shelves and drawers, and seating. The lavish primary bathroom includes double vanities, a large tile shower, luxury bidet, wooden bench, and a hairdryer.

• Other: The laundry area and a half bath are also located on the main level.

🏡 LOWER LEVEL
• Kitchen: The lower level kitchen is also well stocked and equipped with a large variety of cooking supplies and utensils. You will find labeled cabinets and drawers for easy navigation, Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as communal coffee pods and spices.

• Dining: A table with seating for four, as well as additional high top seating and tables provide relaxed indoor seating throughout the lower level.

• Game Room: An activity room with a pool table, darts, game system, corn hole, board games, and a flat-screen TV provides endless opportunities for fun.

• Deck: Guests can relax on the lower-level deck, equipped with a luxury hot tub, Bluetooth audio system, ring toss game, and cozy seating.

• King Bedroom: The second king bedroom includes an armoire with closet space and shelving inside, seating, a TV, and access to the lower level deck.

• Queen Bedroom: The queen bedroom includes a TV, dresser, closet, and access to a screened in porch.

• Bathroom: A shared bathroom consists of a combination tub and shower, as well as a hair dryer.

• Screened Porch: The screened in porch includes outdoor seating and additional space for peace and quiet.

• Bedroom: The top floor bedroom features a full bed-over-queen bed bunk and a separate twin bed, an ensuite bathroom, TV, Alexa technology, an Xbox with games for all ages, and children’s toys.
• Loft: The loft area outside of the bunk room provides an additional sleep space with a full bed, chair, and TV.

• For your entertainment, there are 6 Smart TVs through the home with streaming services, such as Hulu TV, HBO Max, Disney+, and ESPN+, as well as the ability to access your own favorite apps.
• This home is also equipped with many modern conveniences to enhance your stay such as high speed internet, Echo Dots, USB ports, and phone charging stations located throughout the home.

🧺 LAUNDRY & CLEANING SUPPLIES
• The laundry room is located on the main floor with a washer and dryer provided for guest use. Laundry detergent, an iron, ironing board, and laundry basket keep laundry simple and convenient.
• Basic household cleaning supplies are also provided and are occasionally supplemented by guests.

🪵 OUTDOOR FIRE PIT - NEW November 2025
• The outdoor fire pit area includes Adirondack chairs and log seating in the lower level of the yard.
• A rustic log bench adds to the character of this outdoor setting.
• Guests may use the free firewood from in the wood shelter, when available.

🦮 PET FRIENDLY
Legacy View Lodge is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with a reservation.
• The pet fee is $90, per dog, per stay
• No Pit Bulls allowed
• Dogs must be on leash when outside the home in the driveway, for bathroom breaks, and/or walks.
• Only dogs allowed. No other pets are permitted.
• The gate on the lower deck is also useful for allowing smaller dogs to enjoy the outdoor space with you, without the risk of them wandering off to explore on their own.

🚘 PARKING
• The parking area offers parking for up to 3 vehicles.
• Street parking is not allowed in the Misty Mountain community.
• Vehicles may be parked across the front of the home on the wooden parking area and/or in the carport.

⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECKOUT OPTIONS
• Standard check-in time is 4PM.
• Standard checkout time is 10AM.
• Occasionally an early check-in of 1PM or a late checkout of 1PM is available.
• An early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed. This must be pre-approved by the host and will be confirmed by the host one day prior to arrival or departure.
• A fee of $65 applies. Payment will be coordinated with the host.

In the winter, we recommend being prepared for winter weather and plan accordingly.
• We cannot provide refunds or assistance for accessing the property.
