If you are the type of person who loves to receive clear instructions, you will receive plenty. The home is quiet and clean. We really enjoyed ourselves. My only feedback to the owner is to make sure you make people aware you have about 5 cameras in the woods discretely hidden and pointed at the home at all angles.
