"There was only 1 elevator working, we had to change rooms due the ceiling leaking, you should give complementary breakfast to guest staying. Instead you pay for everything. "The property needs a renovation and exterior maintenance. The sofa was stained and was totally gross. The room next to ours flooded and wet the carpet in our suite. They offered to move us or give us a fan to dry up the carpet. The staff was very nice but the place is long overdue for a refresh"
