“The Blue Mountain Inn is in need of a update. Rooms are dated and worn out. The staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. It is clean and maintained and The village is fun.”

“I was unable to get booking directly with the Westin so I booked through Expedia. I booked a deluxe room. The room was not cleaned properly and also they gave me an acccessible room. The water bottles were opened and not replaced and the smell was terrible. They swapped us. The pullout couch matress was all wires and my daughter had to sleep with us. No extra blanket. But the most disappointing was the service! Will not be coming back! Very disappointing!”

“If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!”
