“Nos cambiamos de emergencia a las 11:00pm por una mala experiencia en otro hotel y nos recibieron muy atentos. Esta céntrico aunque necesitas coche para poder ir a cualquier lado. “Talk about going above and beyond with making their guests happy. I had a 12 night stay in Europe while visiting Poland and The Balkins. I stayed at some nice places and met some really nice people but this hotel by far had the most pleasant staff ever. Jovaha, at the front desk, has to be the most pleasant receptionist ever! She made my entire experience worry free. From parking my car to local suggestions to pretty much everything. She is such a sweet gem and Igor who oversaw the breakfast...
