Outside, Camp Tanglewood feels like your own private woodland retreat. The screened-in back porch invites slow mornings with coffee and peaceful evenings beside the outdoor wood burning fireplace as mountain air drifts through the trees. Downstairs, the cozy outdoor hangout is layered with thoughtful camp-style details, from the hammock and playful signage to carefully chosen pillows and décor that make the space feel warm, relaxed, and full of personality.

★Other Things To Note★:
*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit (hold) of $300 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage.

*** We welcome young families, however, this cabin is not childproof and please keep in mind that the cabin is in the mountains with high decks, staircases, and fireplaces, supervision of children is ALWAYS necessary. Children should NEVER be left unattended without adult supervision inside the cabin or on either the main or lower-level decks.

*** We kindly ask our guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the trash bins, with no loose trash, to avoid a $100 fine.

*** Indoor fireplace(s) are seasonal use only October-April. Outdoor wood burning fireplace available year-round.

*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.

*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.

*** We would like to kindly remind you of our business hours, which are from 8AM to 8PM. We have limited availability for assistance between the hours of 8PM and 8AM. For non-emergencies, such as general inquiries or requests, please leave a message and we will promptly return it the following morning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
