“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“It was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast included scrambled eggs. The only issueI had was probably not the hotel’s fault, but there was some very loud people near my room. The front desk guy did go down and make them shut up.”
