“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”

“Great reception by lady with the knitted hat, she was happy upbeat and explained all services and information. She made us feel welcomed. Room was clean and hotel is clean and quiet. The breakfast set up was very clean and freshly cooked foods. All the staff were people friendly and our pet was appreciated and even given treats when we checked in. I would surely stay there on my next trip. They represent our family expectations of a Hilton affiliated hotel.”
