BEWARE!!! This is not even close to a “luxury” property. We took our annual family trip here and we were so disappointed. Not only is the house seem much bigger and open in the photos it is very outdated and the most importantly cleanliness was 0/10. We asked for an early check in if possible and the property management told us they were not able to accommodate due to the cleaners working at the property. Well, we arrived and it could not have possibly been cleaned in the last at least month. The entire house was INFESTED with lady bugs. They were in every room, bed, bathroom etc. even found some in kitchen cabinets. It was awful. Besides the bugs the place was just not clean there were layers of dust everywhere. The outside was very overgrown and unkept. It was really poor condition. There was zero sense of urgency from the management company on addressing this issue and we had to sleep the first night as is and were told a cleaning company would come in the morning. Again no follow up or communication from management we had to aggressively reach out and demand some help. We were relocated to a new property as “their cleaners couldn’t handle the bug issue.” I’m sure you can imagine how bad the house condition and bugs were if the cleaners didn’t even want to come… The company also refused to refund us for that first night. Do not recommend not only for this property but any others as they were less than ideal to work with. So disappointing and took a toll on our family trip.
