This newly constructed home features 180 degrees of one of the best long-range, year-round, multi-layered mountain views in this area and is less than 10 miles from downtown Blue Ridge, making it the perfect vacation destination. High-end finishes and light fixtures, stainless appliances, and beautiful granite counters add class and sophistication to this woodsy retreat. Lounge in the living room and keep warm by the fireplace. Cook together in the spacious kitchen. Eat at the bar or in the dining nook and enjoy the views from the window. Don’t spend all your time indoors. The deck, which includes a dining table, grill, and other furniture, is the perfect place to gather. The primary bedroom on this level includes access to the deck and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and freestanding tub.

The bottom level of the home, however, is where all the fun resides. The living room includes a flatscreen TV, wet bar, and pool table. The lower deck features a hot tub.

All bedrooms in this home feature their own TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
