This luxurious home is sure to create a relaxing backdrop to your Blue Ridge Mountains vacation. Located only a 12-minute (4 mile) drive from Downtown Blue Ridge, it is secluded enough to enjoy the tranquility of the mountain creeks while remaining close to local attractions. It is everything you need to enjoy a vacation with the family or a romantic getaway with your significant other.
This newly constructed modern farmhouse is finished with all the fine details. An open concept floorplan with two-story ceilings and large windows allowing natural light to brighten the spacious living room and kitchen. A loft upstairs with a queen sleeper sofa provides ample space for additional guests that are sharing in your relaxing getaway!
Inside and out this Dream Catcher Home is filled with luxury finishing touches. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a French door fridge, an electric stove and oven, microwave and a coffee maker. Enjoy your coffee nestled between two large windows overlooking the beautiful trees outside or out on the covered deck listening to the bubbling creek running next to the home.
Step into the living room to enjoy the view from the two-story high windows. Through the barn door is the spacious master suite which is a true retreat. The modern shiplap wall sets the stage for the farmhouse atmosphere with a luxurious king size bed to enjoy your vacation sleep. The full bathroom gives a spa-like feel with a large custom shower. Large French doors open to the covered deck and relaxing hot tub. Enjoy watching your favorite sport or movie on one of the large smart HD LED flat panel TVs situated in each room and back deck. On the covered porch, you can enjoy the outdoors from the comfort of the plush seating area facing a log fireplace. Grill yourself a nice dinner or unwind in the hot tub after a day of hiking, kayaking, tubing, shopping or sipping wine.
If you are looking for local attractions, Blue Ridge has so much to offer. Located less than 4 miles from Downtown Blue Ridge, you are short drive away from restaurants, shops, and art galleries or enjoy the view from the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway. Wine drinkers will enjoy Bear Claw Vineyards & Wineries only 5 miles away, while beer drinkers can kick back with a fresh brew from Fannin Brewing Company located right downtown. If nature is on your mind, you are about 7 miles away from Lake Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River. You can also hike to one of the many waterfalls in the area such as Fall Branch Falls (13 miles) or Long Creek Falls (2.7 miles).

Great communication with the property managers before our arrival. The home was small but had all that the 2 of us needed for a nice weekend getaway. The bed slept like a dream and we enjoyed the back patio. We love this quiet beautiful neighborhood - conveniently located and not a scary mountain climb!

Without one word of exaggeration, the entire experience with this home was extraordinary. Private, elegant, awesome amenities. The fireplace on the back with the mounted TV was my absolute favorite, while the jetted hot tub was a close second. Everything was first class. I will return here many more times!

Great place!

Perfect place in the mountains. The house was beautiful, and the outdoor area was as perfect as could be. FIreplace, Hot Tub, and a running creek. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great mountain cabin

Cabin was beautiful and relaxing. Rained most of our stay but it was ok because we relaxed on the back porch listening to the rain and the creek below. Also cozied up to a fire and a good movie at night on the porch. It’s a beautiful home and would recommend for a romantic getaway.

Architectural Mountain Gem

We loved this modern cabin nestled in the woods next to a small creek. The Cabin itself was just as described and beautiful. We loved spending the evenings on the back covered deck watching TV with the fire going. (note: listing specs a gas fireplace but this was wood burning at the time of our stay) Loved listening to the creek as is had multiple small cascading drops.
