Qui non ci sarà alcun compromesso per il comfort di casa, in quanto questa casa di cinque camere da letto dispone di un layout a tre livelli, più ponti, un soppalco e una vasca idromassaggio privata! Al piano terra, troverete una sala giochi con piscina e biliardino, nonché una suite principale con letto king-size e un bagno con vasca artigliata. Al livello principale, c'è una camera da letto matrimoniale con una vasca idromassaggio nel bagno. Il livello superiore ospita due camere da letto matrimoniali e un bagno jack and jill. Le opzioni per dormire extra si trovano in una zona soppalcata sopra il garage a cui è possibile accedere tramite un corridoio passerella! It’s about a half mile off the main road. Doesn’t have a “cabin” feel. Dishwasher leaked all over the floor. The driveway gate would randomly stop working. Old outdated TV with no cable channels (local antenna channels only). No firewood. Hot tub water smells like sewage.

Roscoe's retreat was wonderful. The pictures were 100% accurate. The sleeping and bathroom arrangements were excellent.

Location had easy access with outstanding views of the mountain range. Cabin very roomy for a family of 10 or more & it was stocked well. Cabin had a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We listened to a turkey gobbling @ daylight & we saw 4 deer.

The stay went ok. The Tv remote controls were not properly working, it was not the batteries. Only 4 bedrooms and one king bedroom did not have a TV in it . The ad says the double bed is in separate bedroom but it is not, it’s in same room as the loft twin beds. Lots of spiders and bugs in home, they may need to spray again

We loved this house, there was plenty of room. Although there were not enough kitchen supplies and not enough light throughout. Also home is very close to the road. We prefer something more private although it wasn't necessarily a problem. We had a wonderful family getaway.

Overall the location and the view was spectacular. Plenty of space for everyone in our group. The Rec room and fireplace were well used 😃. There were some negatives we noticed during our stay. The bathroom on the top floor was dirty, specifically the shower curtain was moldy. The kitchen trash can lid had some food encrusted on it from the last vacationers. There were a lot of dead and live spiders in the bottom floor master suite. We know that pests are not completely avoidable but they should have been swept up in the prior cleaning in our opinion. These were not deal breakers, can no-doubt be easily addressed, and we would most definitely stay here again.

Our group of 13 enjoyed the cabin and had plenty of room. The listing needs corrected for the bedroom situation though... bedroom 5 isn't a bedroom at all, it's a loft over the living area with a futon and the actual loft is detached from the house over the garage with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed. It was fine but the carpet should be removed ASAP from that area. The light on the stove didn't work and it's super dark in that area. I was told that there wasn't a grill but when we arrived there were 3 grills and the trash cans were a situation. We arrived on a Friday evening and all 3 cans were full with a cement block on top of them to keep them closed. We managed to get one bag of trash in two of the cans but had to leave a bag out on Sunday night and an animal got into it. A few extra hand towels and dishrags for the kitchen should be included especially for a large group. The hot tub wasn't useable because it had not been shocked prior to our arrival. My friend shocked it but the water or the cover still smelled mildewy and no one wanted to get in it :( My husband actually got in it before my friend shocked it and you could smell the stinky water on him after he got out. Eew! A sound bar for the living room TV would be a great addition. We enjoyed the fireplace indoors and out. There isn't a fire pit, it's just the outdoor fireplace on the deck. Not sure if an actual pit is possible but it would be great if it were. Overall a great cabin, beautiful master bedrooms, one on main level, one in basement. The basement is great for hanging out with music and playing pool! On our last day the rain finally cleared and we were able to stargaze and that was truly amazing!!✨

The cabin is beautiful and extremely spacious with and the views are gorgeous. When we pulled up, there were 4 trash cans outside that were overflowing with trash bags. Someone came out that day to get the trash. The grass was super high and unmaintained. Someone came out to cut the grass using a weed eater and it took them almost 3 hours to complete. The lighting inside and outside are very poor. My mother is legally blind and we had to purchase flashlights and lanterns to help her to be able to make her way around. The kitchen was full of gnats. The floors were extremely dirty. Clumps of dog hair were on the indoor and outdoor rugs. We killed many many spiders and other critters inside the house. Out of 30 outdoor string lights, only 3 of them were operational. Hair was still in the downstairs shower. The gas fireplace isn't operational so bring a starter log and some wood. Cable cords were hanging out of the walls in the basement. We contacted property with all concerning issues and they made us leave the property for 2 hours to make the general repairs they could.

Our family came from Kentucky, Tennessee, and south GA to spend the weekend together in the cabin. It was perfect size for our party of 13. The views in the morning were stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed the porches, the game room downstairs, and the outdoor fireplace. We had a little trouble getting the football games on the upstairs television, but Vacasa sent someone out to fix it. Great customer service. My only suggestion would be to add more lighting in the kitchen. My family loves to cook and it was a little hard to see when we were cooking in the evenings. Other than that, we would highly recommend staying there for your next family gathering.

We enjoyed our stay at Roscoe's Retreat. The home was very clean when we arrived, and all accommodations referenced online was an accurate depiction. The home is in the perfect mountain setting, but not too far off the path from local restaurants and stores. Plenty of room for all the kids to have their own space. I would recommend this place up friends and family.

Beautiful 5 bedroom mountain cabin with a gorgeous view! The hot tub and outdoor fireplace were awesome amenities. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed. There is a nice game room with a pool table - only missing a wet bar! The location is close to Cooperhill and a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge. We had a great time and enjoyed our vacation at Roscoes Retreat!

The actual house is large, has a nice view, and some nice features. However, you can tell is this managed by a company that is prioritizing cutting costs over all else. For as much as we were paying per night, it was disappointing to find there was no extra toilet paper or paper towels beyond what was on the holder. Half of the glass/porcelain cups were chipped. There was broken glass on the patio outside...its not a bad house, but don't have high expectations beyond anything you see in the pictures.

This property has stunning views, with an awesome outside fireplace. It is a very nice cabin, however, it needs a little attention. There were chipped dishes and cups, the sofa in the living room was rather nasty and the stove really needs a good cleaning. Several light bulbs were out in several of the rooms and there were no replacements in the cabin to change them, therefore the illumination was very poor. I feel a little more attention to detail in this cabin would make it a 5 star.

Our family, grandmothers, adults, teens, and a9 yr old loved this cabin. We all played pool and football! The hot tub in the mornings watching the sun rise over the mountains was absolutely gorgeous. Most of us went and enjoyed a 5.8 mile hike at flat creek. It was only 20 min drive from the cabin. I highly recommend this place for a large group, very spacious!
