THE SPACE

Living Area:
Featuring vaulted ceilings and clerestory windows, the spacious living room is beautifully decorated and includes a stunning, stone gas log fireplace. Lounge in luxurious leather seating and watch your favorite shows or the big game on the large screen TV!!

Kitchen / Dining Area:
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils for preparing your favorite meals, including a gas cooktop, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher and a large side-by-side refrigerator. A kitchen granite bar with two chairs allows for socializing while you cook. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining table with six chairs. Outside you will find the gas grill with easy access to the main level. Cook up a meal and share stories of your day!

Main Level Bedrooms:
The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and a large television. A glass door opens onto the covered deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The ensuite bathroom features a huge walk-in shower and two sinks
The next bedroom includes a king-size bed and a large screen television, adjacent to the bathroom with a combined tub and shower, which also serves the main floor guests.
A laundry room with Maytag washer/dryer is also just off the hall bath for your convenience.

The loft:
Relax and have some fun in the spacious with loft comfortable seating and a large screen TV. A powder bath is available for your convenience.

The Decks:
Beautifully constructed covered decks with outdoor TV, plus a table just off the kitchen for al fresco dining. Watch the deer come in at sunset, then watch the stars come out!

Other details to note:
Plenty of parking for all your guests. Also a great area to go on morning and evening walks. You are minutes to Blue Ridge and the Toccoa River, with fishing, boating, tubing, walking trails and more. Enjoy the local shops and wineries, or horseback riding at Cowgirl Up!
